Utility Bill Audits

Utility Bill Audits

REG offers several decades of utility-related experience and industry knowledge of end-user utility issues, such as negotiating favorable utility contracts for dual-line supply, and resolving electric utility issues associated with facility expansions. We also have great experience in reviewing customer bills for accuracy, evaluate alternative utility rate structures, and interface with utilities to resolve billing errors and pursue credits and refunds on behalf of our clients.

  • Rate-saving Primary Conversion analysis (from secondary metering to primary metering). Services include project management and installation via a sub-contractor
  • Perform billing audits and secure refunds from Electric Utilities
  • Evaluate available alternative utility rate structures, including special or innovative rates
  • Maximize business exemptions and incentives
  • Evaluate the consolidation of multiple “electric metering” points and perform the necessary rate savings analysis
