These 2010 Price to Compare figures are comprised of the generation & transmission rates which will be available from PPL for those customers who do not shop for competitive electricity supply in 2010. REG is (and has been) shopping on behalf of REAP members, to evaluate competitive offers and take measures to beat PPL’s offered 2010 rates.
