Rainbow joined Richards Energy in 2020 as a Technical Administrator. Originally from Lancaster, Pennsylvania, Rainbow has lived on both the east and west coasts of the United States, as well as intervals abroad. Rainbow holds a BFA from the Pacific Northwest College of Art in Portland, Oregon and has over 20 years of customer service and retail management experience which relates well to Richards Energy through creative problem solving and being able to cover a multitude of intrinsic tasks including bill auditing, customer outreach, and more. In her spare time she can be found in the print studio, in her garden or off hiking with her pup, Maple.
