Tara received her Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a minor in Mathematics from York College of Pennsylvania in 2000. She has over ten years of management experience with AllscriptsMisys and Genesis Systems, Inc. As Richards Energy’s COO & VP Operations, her primary role is to promote and maintain the company’s mission. In cooperation with the company President and the Core Leadership Team, Tara is charged with the task of achieving operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing processes to improve efficiencies, quality, and customer-service standards; and resolving problems.
