Important Notes – Please Read:
- Submit one form per item for which you need to submit a claim. Provide as much information as possible to expedite the process. You will receive a reply confirming that our team is proceeding with your warranty claim or requesting additional information (ambient conditions, photos, etc.)
- Manufacturers reserve the right to request defective products back for analysis. Please do not scrap defective parts until authorized.
- It is up to individual manufacturer’s policies or discretion as to whether they provide replacements parts, components, or fixtures.
- Labor is generally not included in most situations.
