Stephanie joined Richards Energy in January 2004. As one of the longest-serving employees, she has provided crucial support and administrative assistance in almost all areas of the company. Most recently, Steph manages HR and payroll and plays a vital role in the company’s bookkeeping as well as making sure Richards Energy’s customer events are well-planned. Steph is always willing to help a team member and has been called the “silent wheel” that keeps things rolling.
